Ensure that each voucher is signed by Payee and duly authorized by appropriate authority before making payments.

Present the requisitions for bank payments and cash withdrawal to the Manager-finance and carry out bank transactions. 

 Ensure safe custody of the cash of the organization.

Enter transactions into the Tally cashbook on a daily basis and close accounts by taking printouts on monthly basis.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and Cash reconciliation statements

Maintain the Payroll and Salary Register and related records like EPF statements, TDS etc.

Procure materials and stationery for Admn.

 Office & in-house training programmes as per approved budget. 

Ensure maintenance of stock registers relating to office materials and stationery.

 Take regular backup of all financial electronic files and keep them in safe custody as per the backup policy of the Organisation.

Assist in Financial Audit

 Salary-: Salary will be Rs.180000/- per annum with yearly increment and other facilities as per organisation policy.
